Meat Assortment on a Board (Pork chop, Australian tenderloin, a chicken brisket grill, Mignon filet) Pork chop, larded a bacon and garlic, are pickled in beer, honey, sweet-scented herbares and baked wholly. One of favorite holidays of Americans is Thanksgiving Day, which is traditionally marked on fourth Thursday of November. A holiday is full of traditions. A few generations of one family gathering in a house of grandparents for the festive table Everybody pronounces the words of gratitude for all good, that happened in his life. On November, 20 the Season of Beaujolais Nouveau starts, that is the first French wine of new harvest. Beaujolais Nouveau cheers up, twirls a head and gives the banger of emotions. October 10th 2008 Press Lunch in «SOHO»
Press Lunch devoted to the presentation of new season and five-year anniversary of restaurant “SOHO” took place on October, 7, 2008. More than twenty representatives of MASS-MEDIA were acquainted with changes and novelties presented by the restaurant.
This day all present person could taste dishes from renewed menu of restaurant “SOHO”: «Salad with avocado and cedar nuts and rukkolla», «Duet of shrimps and mussels on grill», « Rabbit fricassee with chanterelles». And, certainly, chief-cook of restaurant Alex Chorniy presented the brand name dish of the restaurant – classic juicy, correctly prepared steak (steaks in «SOHO» is prepared exceptionally from the high sorts of meat, brought from the different countries of the world specially for this restaurant). This time a chief-cook Alex shared the preparation secret of real steak that does not abandon indifferent not a single visitor of restaurant. By the way, due to appearance of new suppliers from the USA, Australia, New Zeeland and even Japan, «SOHO», now, has an oportunity without the loss of quality of dishes to surprise the guests more loyal price policy.
